Yosoyceviche was founded in 2018 by owner, Nory Michelle. The concept of this brand is to provide traditional Peruvian recipes made with a twist of fusion from our own creations that are set to wake up your tastebuds. We currently offer 8 different varieties of ceviche, including seasonal flavors. We provide various tapas and bowls. Our services include catering lunches and events, deliveries, fundraisers and pop up events. Our goal is to build and grow so that we can market the public with a fast casual pace and a new delicious, high end product for an affordable price.
Nory has worked in the culinary industry for 17 years and graduated from the City College Culinary Academy, San Francisco in 2010. She has worked in positions catering, live in chef, sous chef,event director and ran various kitchens, as well as managing various restaurants as a general manager for 15 years. Her passion and drive for traveling and learning flavors from other cultures gave her the will to start her own company, using her knowledge and experience to operate a successful chain with fusioned flavors from her travels around the world..
